Friends Corporation is seeking energetic, experienced, and target-driven professionals to join our expanding team. We currently have openings for two key positions: Branch Manager and Salesman. Both roles require individuals who are motivated, customer-focused, and capable of contributing to the company’s growth and success. The positions are based at our branches in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, offering a professional work environment with opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities – Branch Manager:
- Oversee all branch operations and daily business activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch sales team to meet performance goals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets consistently.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels, cash handling procedures, sales documentation, and enforce branch discipline.
- Prepare and review daily and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and other relevant departments for seamless operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and conduct to maintain professionalism.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase branch sales and profitability.

Required Qualifications – Branch Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant retail or sales experience.
- Previous experience in branch or retail management is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of sales processes, inventory control, and customer handling.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office.

Key Responsibilities – Salesman:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Meet assigned monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and payment options clearly to customers.
- Generate new customer leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up on quotations, leads, and potential customers promptly.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager regarding sales activities and customer concerns.
- Keep accurate sales records and adhere to company procedures.

Required Qualifications – Salesman:
- Minimum Intermediate education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in retail, electronics, or related industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Energetic, presentable, and target-driven.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
