Branch Manager

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our operations across various locations in Punjab on a rotational basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hospitality, services, or retail sectors, combined with proven experience in managing branch operations. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively oversee daily activities, drive team performance, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve high performance and engagement.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and service delivery at all times.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and ensure business targets are consistently met.
- Manage operational costs effectively to support branch profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational standards.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving sales, customer satisfaction, and overall branch performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations management.
- At least 2 years in a Branch Manager or Operations Manager role.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, adapting to varying schedules as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
