Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all branch operations, including business development, sales, and service delivery, to achieve set targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and Islamic Takaful principles in all branch activities.
- Develop and implement local business plans tailored to market needs and company objectives.
- Monitor branch performance through key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and the local community to enhance brand presence and trust.
- Manage branch budgets and resources efficiently to optimize operational effectiveness.
- Oversee claims handling and policy administration processes to maintain customer satisfaction and operational integrity.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.

Required Qualifications

- Proven leadership and people management skills with experience in supervising, coaching, and developing teams.
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or financial services, preferably within insurance, Takaful, or banking sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and sustaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of operational management, including budgeting, performance monitoring, and process enhancement.
- Familiarity with Islamic financial principles and Takaful concepts, or a strong willingness to learn and apply these in daily operations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and sound decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Gujranwala and thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
