We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee and drive the retail operations of our store located in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and branch management, demonstrating a proven ability to lead teams, achieve sales targets, and maintain high standards of customer service. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations efficiently while fostering a motivated and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, train, and develop the retail sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Drive the achievement of monthly and daily sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance regularly and take proactive steps to improve sales outcomes.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Oversee stock handling, inventory control, merchandising, and ensure the branch is clean and well-presented.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales and operational reports on a regular basis.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Identify new sales opportunities and provide valuable market and competitor insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail sales, branch management, store management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales staff effectively.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and improving branch performance.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in managing daily branch operations, including staff attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring.
- Competence in inventory management, stock movement, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with a confident, well-groomed, and target-oriented personality.
