Branch Manager

Aesthetics Lab is looking for a committed Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our clinical facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless workflow, maintaining exceptional client service standards, and managing a diverse team that includes doctors, aestheticians, receptionists, and support staff. This role requires strong leadership skills to oversee staff performance, enforce clinical protocols, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet branch goals and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations to guarantee efficient and uninterrupted workflow.
- Supervise and guide doctors, aestheticians, receptionists, and support personnel to uphold high levels of performance and professionalism.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and effectively organize staff rosters.
- Handle client complaints promptly and review client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Track sales metrics, work towards achieving branch targets, and support initiatives aimed at client retention.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and overall branch upkeep to support operational needs.
- Coordinate with Human Resources, Commercial Operations, Sales, Accounts, and other headquarters teams to streamline processes.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, discipline, and accountability throughout the branch.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in branch management or clinic administration.
- Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and digital management systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- At least 3 years of prior experience as a Branch Manager is preferred.
- This is an on-site position located at the F-6 branch.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 65,000.
