Branch Manager

Aesthetics Lab is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee daily operations within its clinical setting. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless workflow, manage a diverse team including doctors and aestheticians, and uphold high standards of client service and clinical compliance. This role requires strong leadership to drive sales performance, maintain staff discipline, and coordinate effectively with various headquarters departments. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and supervise doctors, aestheticians, receptionists, and support staff, fostering a professional and accountable work environment.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming standards, and manage rosters effectively.
- Deliver excellent client service by addressing complaints promptly and monitoring client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Track sales performance, work towards achieving branch targets, and support initiatives for client retention.
- Ensure strict compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain equipment, and oversee branch maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinate with Human Resources, Commercial Operations, Sales, Accounts, and other headquarters departments to align branch activities with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Promote professional conduct, discipline, and accountability across all branch staff.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in branch management or clinic administration.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and digital management systems to ensure accurate and timely data handling.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience as a Branch Manager for at least 3 years is preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs65,000.
