The Branch Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations of the branch while maintaining high standards of customer service. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing staff schedules and supervising front-of-house activities. Monitoring sales performance and managing inventory are key aspects of the role, along with coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely stock availability. The manager must also enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards rigorously. Handling customer inquiries and feedback, implementing promotional activities, and reporting performance metrics to senior management are integral parts of the position.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer experience.
- Manage staff schedules, supervise front-of-house team, and lead performance management efforts.
- Monitor sales data and key performance indicators to drive branch success.
- Maintain inventory control and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and gather feedback to improve service quality.
- Implement local marketing and promotional activities to boost sales and brand presence.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management.
- Solid background in branch operations, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and cash handling.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict resolution effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Ability to analyze sales data and monitor KPIs to support business objectives.
- Well-developed organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or related industries is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic office software and point-of-sale systems.
