We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our retail outlet. This role involves full accountability for store operations, sales performance, team leadership, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with well-known fashion or kidswear retail brands such as Bacha Party, Minnie Minors, Zubaidas, or similar recognized outlets. We seek a proactive leader who can drive sales growth, manage daily operations effectively, and cultivate a motivated, customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies and standards.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maintain high performance and excellent customer service standards.
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects the brand’s identity and appeals to customers.
- Manage inventory, including stock receiving processes and minimizing stock loss.
- Resolve customer issues professionally to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the head office.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and seasonal marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of retail experience in a Branch Manager or Floor Manager capacity.
- Proven track record with reputable retail brands such as Bacha Party, Minnie Minors, Zubaidas, Outfitters, Breakout, or similar.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and people management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving overall store performance.
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective conflict resolution capabilities.
- Solid understanding of inventory control, visual merchandising, and team supervision.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.
