Branch Manager

Aesthetics Lab by Tibbi is a well-established name in the aesthetics and wellness industry, committed to delivering premium skincare and cosmetic treatments in a professional and client-centric environment. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee one of our branches. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, lead a diverse team, and uphold exceptional standards of client care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations & Service Flow: Manage the daily operations of the clinic, including front desk management, appointment scheduling, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an excellent patient experience. Oversee the readiness and upkeep of treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.

Team Leadership & Performance: Supervise a multidisciplinary team comprising aestheticians, doctors, and front desk personnel. Establish clear performance objectives, conduct regular appraisals, and foster professional growth through training and motivation.

Client Experience & Satisfaction: Uphold high standards of client care from consultation to post-treatment follow-up. Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring all staff comply with hospitality and care protocols.

Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Track and achieve monthly sales goals related to treatments and skincare products. Support the team in upselling and cross-selling based on client needs, and implement promotional activities to boost business.

Compliance & Protocol Management: Maintain strict compliance with clinical hygiene, health, and safety standards. Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and documentation requirements. Assist with internal audits and quality control processes as needed.

Coordination & Scheduling: Effectively manage staff schedules, shift rotations, and leave planning. Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Inventory teams to ensure seamless clinic operations. Organize client appointments to maintain optimal staffing levels.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare sectors
- Strong leadership skills combined with sound decision-making and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent multitasking capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Prior experience as a Branch Manager in a similar industry is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) as required
- Location preference: Karachi, Clifton area
- Work arrangement: On-site at the clinic
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs55,000 to Rs60,000
