Humpty Dumpty is looking for a dedicated Male Branch Manager to lead the operations at our Mall of Lahore, Cantt branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the branch runs smoothly and efficiently while upholding high standards of customer service and operational excellence. This role demands hands-on management of daily activities, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise staff to ensure effective performance and adherence to duties.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere within the branch premises.
- Promptly address and resolve minor technical issues related to game machines to minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both staff and customers.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Punctuality and a disciplined work ethic.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance and timely arrival.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- The position requires in-person attendance at the Mall of Lahore, Lahore Cantt branch.
- Working hours are from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday through Sunday.
- The starting salary is Rs 40,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
