The Cluster Head position is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for overseeing and managing a group of branches within a designated cluster. This leadership role involves driving business growth across deposits, lending, and fee-based income while ensuring exceptional customer service standards. The Cluster Head plays a critical role in setting targets, monitoring daily operations, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to meet financial and operational goals. Additionally, the role requires coaching and mentoring branch teams, maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and enhancing risk management and control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall performance of multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
- Drive business growth by focusing on deposits, lending, and fee-based income streams.
- Set clear targets and monitor daily branch operations to ensure achievement of objectives.
- Analyze performance reports and develop strategies to improve financial and operational results.
- Coach, mentor, and develop branch teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Strengthen risk management practices and maintain effective control mechanisms.
- Develop insights into the local market to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and new business development.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in branch banking or retail/commercial banking leadership, with responsibility for managing multiple branches or teams within a cluster or region.
- Strong business development skills, including customer relationship management, portfolio growth, and local market analysis.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking products, credit processes, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability in people management, including performance management, coaching, and team development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with proficiency in leveraging data and reports to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore, adapt to a dynamic environment, and take full ownership of cluster-level outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
