We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our branch. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and performance targets, managing branch reports and budgets, and fostering a motivated and high-performing team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the branch’s overall success in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve and maintain high performance standards
- Maintain excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Drive sales initiatives and consistently meet or exceed established performance targets
- Prepare, manage, and analyze reports and budgets to monitor branch performance and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in branch management or operations management roles, demonstrating a track record of success
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage a diverse team
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business targets through strategic planning and execution
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges proactively

This position is full-time and based on-site at the branch. The salary range for this role is Rs40,000 to Rs80,000 per month, reflecting experience and performance.
