Branch Managers

Bank of Khyber is seeking experienced Branch Managers to join its team across multiple cities in Pakistan. This role requires candidates with a strong background in retail sales, particularly in liabilities and consumer banking within a commercial bank environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and demonstrate leadership capabilities suitable for managing branch operations effectively. Preference will be given to those with prior experience as a Branch Manager in Islamic Banking. The position offers a career grade up to Vice President (VP) level, reflecting the seniority and responsibility associated with the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Drive retail sales growth, focusing on liabilities and consumer banking products.
- Manage and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, maintaining high standards of operational risk management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor branch financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of retail sales experience in liabilities and consumer banking within a commercial bank.
- Proven ability to manage branch operations and lead a team effectively.
