The Branch Sales Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. This role involves overseeing branch sales operations, leading and mentoring the sales team, and driving the achievement of sales and growth targets for Takaful products. The manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular sales meetings, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting outreach and awareness activities, coordinating with the head office on campaigns and reporting, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards are also key aspects of the role.

The Branch Sales Manager will analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and support team development through targeted training and coaching. This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire the team while maintaining a strong focus on ethical and value-based financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch sales operations, ensuring achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Mentor and coach the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to track progress and address challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting Takaful products and services.
- Organize outreach and awareness initiatives to educate the community about Takaful.
- Coordinate with the head office on marketing campaigns, reporting, and compliance matters.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and Shariah compliance.
- Analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities for expansion.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within financial services, insurance, or Takaful sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop a sales team effectively.
- Demonstrated capability to create and execute sales strategies, set targets, and monitor outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of ethical and value-based financial services; familiarity with Takaful or Islamic finance is advantageous.
- Proficiency in reporting, basic analytics, and use of sales or CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- High level of initiative, integrity, and ability to work efficiently in an on-site branch environment in Karachi.
