We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Branch Stock Assistant to support inventory and stock management at our branch. The successful candidate will be essential in ensuring proper handling, organization, and monitoring of stock items. This role directly contributes to the smooth operation of the branch warehouse and sales activities by maintaining timely stock availability and efficient stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain accurate stock records and regularly update inventory management systems.
- Assist with stock transfers, including loading, unloading, and arranging goods within the storage area.
- Ensure all products are properly tagged, labeled, and placed in their designated locations.
- Coordinate with sales staff and branch team members to provide required stock promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock counts to identify discrepancies and minimize stock variances.
- Keep the stock area clean, safe, and well-organized to support operational efficiency and workplace safety.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; higher qualifications will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in storekeeping or inventory handling is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of stock management principles and record-keeping practices.
- Physically fit and hardworking, with the ability to manage manual tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

This is a full-time position based in Lahore, requiring in-person attendance. Preference will be given to candidates residing near the Badami Bagh area to facilitate timely reporting and coordination. The monthly salary starts from Rs40,000.
