Lumerah & Co, a modern and soulful scented candle brand based in Lahore, is seeking a reliable and proactive Brand Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in research and development of new products, including exploring new scents and materials to enhance the brand’s offerings.
- Source raw materials such as wax, jars, and packaging components, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Support day-to-day operations related to product development and inventory management.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and timely procurement.
- Contribute ideas for brand growth and participate in problem-solving to improve product lines and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in product development, sourcing, or a related field within the lifestyle, home décor, or fragrance industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Passion for candles, fragrances, or related artisanal products is highly desirable.
