Brand Manager

A well-established fashion and retail brand is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee its retail outlet in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, demonstrating a proven ability to drive sales performance, lead teams effectively, and maintain high standards of customer service. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership to ensure the store meets its sales targets and operational goals while fostering a productive and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently by managing store operations efficiently.
- Monitor and improve key retail performance indicators such as Conversion Rate, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
- Lead and motivate the store team to enhance productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee stock management, including controlling shrinkage and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Prepare and control daily and monthly sales reports, providing insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Age up to 35 years.
- Minimum education level: Intermediate.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in retail, with proven experience as a Branch Manager or Store Manager.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales targets.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, conversion techniques, UPT, and ATV metrics.
- Ability to monitor store performance and staff productivity effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation and complaint-handling capabilities.
- Good communication, reporting, and decision-making skills.
