Brigadier (Director Business Development)

Horti Club – Your Landscaping Solutions is looking to appoint a highly experienced and strategic professional for the position of Director Business Development in Pakistan. This full-time role, based in DHA Lahore Phase 8, is specifically open to retired Brigadiers with a strong military background. The successful candidate will lead the development of new business initiatives while managing ongoing projects, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and company management. This position requires an individual with proven leadership skills, a deep understanding of business development, and the ability to drive growth within the landscaping solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and initiate new business projects to expand the company’s market presence.
- Manage and oversee ongoing projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications
- Retired Brigadier from the Pakistan Army.
- Must have completed the 80+ PMA Long Course.
- Strong leadership experience gained through military service.
- Proven ability to manage and develop business projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Location preference is Lahore, with work conducted in person at the company’s DHA Phase 8 office.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 300,000 to Rs. 400,000, commensurate with experience and interview performance.
