The Brista position is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, including interacting with customers, preparing and serving company-approved beverages and refreshments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role requires strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards. Collaboration with team members to ensure a welcoming environment for both visitors and staff is essential. Additionally, managing supplies and inventory and following all company policies and procedures are key components of this position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional customer service during all interactions.
- Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments according to company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including tracking and restocking as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently.
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist with routine problem-solving tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse individuals.
- Basic operational and organizational skills, including time management and attention to detail.
- Competence in basic numerical tasks and record-keeping for inventory and documentation purposes.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes and handle routine challenges efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Lahore.
