BTL Client Servicing Executive

This role involves managing client communications and coordinating daily project activities to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for preparing professional presentations, proposals, and reports, as well as developing detailed Excel costing sheets, budgets, and project trackers. Close collaboration with creative, production, and execution teams is essential to successfully manage BTL activations, corporate events, and promotional campaigns. Timely delivery of projects and maintaining strong client relationships are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication and day-to-day coordination effectively.
- Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and detailed reports.
- Develop and maintain Excel costing sheets, budgets, and project trackers to monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and execution teams to ensure seamless project flow.
- Oversee BTL activations, corporate events, and promotional campaigns from planning through execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling presentations and detailed reports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
- Confident and professional demeanor with effective client-handling capabilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of BTL marketing strategies and event execution processes.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in advertising, BTL marketing, or event management is preferred.
- The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs 45,000 to Rs 60,000.
- Work location is in person, providing hands-on involvement in project coordination and client interaction.
