Building Maintenance supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in HVAC systems, electrical works, and plumbing, with the ability to manage and supervise day-to-day building maintenance operations effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various building systems to ensure smooth and safe facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of building maintenance activities, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations.
- Perform repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of HVAC systems, including Cassette AC, Split AC, and Wall-Mounted AC units.
- Oversee electrical system maintenance, fault finding, and troubleshooting to ensure all electrical components are functioning correctly and safely.
- Handle plumbing system repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting to maintain efficient water and drainage systems within the building.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for ongoing operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance systems with the ability to independently manage and supervise major maintenance operations.
- Proven experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with additional certifications or training in HVAC or plumbing systems will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs65,000 to Rs80,000.
- This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to be present at the work location to oversee maintenance activities directly.
