We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor / Site Surveyor with over three years of experience specializing in interior design and fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise site measurements, surveying MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) points, and preparing accurate as-built drawings using AutoCAD. This role requires close coordination with design, MEP, and installation teams to ensure that all site conditions align with architectural and interior plans. The position is based in Lahore and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed site visits to measure grey-structure and interior spaces accurately.
- Survey and document electrical, mechanical, and plumbing (MEP) points at project locations.
- Verify actual site conditions against architectural and interior drawings to ensure consistency.
- Prepare precise as-built drawings using AutoCAD, reflecting the current site measurements.
- Collaborate closely with interior design, MEP, and installation teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Provide accurate measurement data and drawing information to design and execution teams.
- Coordinate with the kitchen installation team to ensure installations comply with approved drawings and site measurements.
- Identify and report any site discrepancies to the relevant designers or project managers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of site surveys, measurements, and drawing updates for project documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building surveying, site surveying, interior fit-out, or related fields.
- Proven hands-on experience with interior site measurements and fit-out projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, especially in preparing as-built drawings.
- Solid understanding of architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Experience in surveying and documenting MEP points accurately.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and verify them against actual site conditions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
- Experience in kitchen installation or fit-out coordination is advantageous.
- Candidates based in Lahore are preferred due to the on-site nature of the role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 85,000 to PKR 95,000.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore, providing an opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams on interior fit-out projects.
