Business Administrator /Ai Executive female

We are seeking a motivated and intelligent female professional to join our team in Gulberg, Lahore as an AI & Digital Operations Executive. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys leveraging AI tools and technology to enhance business processes creatively and efficiently. While prior experience of 1–3 years is preferred, exceptional fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The position involves working closely with various departments to apply AI solutions across digital marketing, content creation, coding assistance, and administrative automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others to streamline daily office tasks.
- Support social media efforts by creating content, captions, and marketing ideas.
- Develop and enhance images, presentations, documents, and other digital materials using AI tools.
- Assist with AI-assisted coding and “vibe coding” using tools like VS Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms.
- Collaborate with the development team on testing, documentation, research, and technical support tasks.
- Automate repetitive office and administrative work through AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct research on products, suppliers, competitors, technologies, and business opportunities using AI and online resources.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, documents, and presentations to support business operations.
- Organize information and translate ideas into actionable business tasks.
- Continuously learn new AI tools and introduce effective workflows to the team.
- Provide assistance to various departments as needed, working collaboratively with existing staff.

- Educated, articulate, and comfortable with computers and modern technology.

You will join an established technology and business team, gaining hands-on experience with AI applications across real-world business functions including software, sales, inventory, and administration. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience. The position requires in-person attendance at the Gulberg, Lahore office.
