Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. This role goes beyond traditional documentation; you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, developers, and QA teams to challenge unclear requirements, identify missing scenarios, and ensure that all requirements are fully development-ready.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and engage in detailed stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop comprehensive user stories accompanied by clear acceptance criteria.
- Conduct functional, edge-case, and exception scenario analysis to cover all possible outcomes.
- Perform impact analysis across multiple platforms including Web, Mobile, APIs, and Database systems.
- Clarify requirements for both Development and QA teams to facilitate smooth implementation and testing.
- Support Project Managers in planning activities, scope definition, and managing change requests.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with software products.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), APIs, and system integrations.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with strong documentation and communication abilities.
- Experience working with complex SaaS, ERP, or workflow-based systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to proactively question and explore scenarios by asking “What happens if...?” before development begins.
