Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a primary liaison with our distinguished customers, collaborating closely with stakeholders, product management, and development teams. Your role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, refining business processes, and supporting the delivery of digital solutions. You will utilize business analysis, process improvement, and product management skills to develop product roadmaps and facilitate agile development practices. Additionally, you will leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance requirements analysis, documentation, and testing, ensuring all AI-generated outputs are validated before implementation.

Your responsibilities include preparing business process flows, wireframes, and user stories, conducting gap analyses to identify inefficiencies, and recommending process improvements. You will manage product backlogs, prioritize requirements effectively, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to provide actionable feedback. Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across project teams is essential, as is managing timelines and scope to meet customer expectations.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting.
- At least 3 years working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Proven experience collaborating with offshore teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in business process modeling.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for business analysis, documentation, and research.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English.
- Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience managing project lifecycles for large corporate clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Familiarity with process modeling techniques such as BPMN and UML, as well as data analysis and visualization tools like Excel and Power BI, is advantageous. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hands-on experience with multi-platform product development are also beneficial.
