Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial business analysis and create basic process documentation aligned with established guidelines to support team understanding of client requirements.
- Conduct basic data analysis and prepare simple dashboards and reports as per defined standards.
- Gather market research and benchmarking information from predefined sources to assist in identifying alternative third-party products.
- Draft process notes and workflow documents using predefined templates and formats.
- Assist in maintaining and updating requirement logs for clients under the supervision of senior team members.
- Support revenue growth efforts by gathering clarifications and feedback on proposed RFP/RFI solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Strong foundational skills in business process analysis and documentation.
- Ability to perform data analysis and create reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with market research and benchmarking techniques.
- Proficiency in following predefined templates and formats for documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to assist in gathering client feedback and clarifications.
