Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. This role goes beyond traditional documentation; you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, developers, and QA teams to challenge ambiguous requirements, identify missing scenarios, and ensure that all requirements are fully prepared for development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and engage in detailed stakeholder discussions to capture business needs.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop clear and concise user stories accompanied by well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Conduct thorough functional analysis, including edge cases and exception handling.
- Perform impact analysis across multiple platforms such as Web, Mobile, APIs, and Database systems.
- Clarify requirements for both Development and QA teams to facilitate smooth implementation and testing.
- Support Project Managers in planning activities, scope definition, and managing change requests.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within software product environments.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), APIs, and system integrations.
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with strong documentation and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work with complex SaaS, ERP, or workflow-based systems is highly desirable.
- Experience or exposure to domains such as Automotive, Fleet, Insurance, or related industries is a plus.
- A natural curiosity to ask “What happens if...?” scenarios before development begins, ensuring comprehensive coverage of potential issues.
