Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team full-time at our Paragon City office in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) and possess strong skills in business plan development and pitch deck preparation. This role requires excellent research, analytical, and presentation abilities, along with strong written communication and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be willing to work on-site and provide samples of previously prepared business plans and pitch decks. Freelancers are not eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive business plans and create compelling pitch decks to support organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough market and business research to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyze data and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Maintain high standards of attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate business insights and proposals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in business plan development and pitch deck creation.
- Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to provide samples of previously prepared business plans and pitch decks.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site at Paragon City, Lahore.
- Candidates with a freelancing background will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time, on-site position with a monthly salary of Rs50,000.
- Remote work or freelance arrangements are not available for this role.
