We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to improving operational efficiency and cost management. The ideal candidate will analyze operational and cost data to identify trends and opportunities for savings, prepare insightful reports and dashboards, and collaborate with various departments to enhance processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational and cost data, including output, efficiency, and cost per unit, to identify trends and potential savings opportunities.
- Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams to understand their requirements and drive process improvements.
- Document processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain clarity and consistency across teams.
- Assist in conducting cost-benefit analyses for new projects to evaluate financial viability and impact.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis, MIS reporting, costing, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data manipulation and analysis skills; experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or compliance reporting is highly desirable.
- Experience in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) or creating process maps will be beneficial.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 150,000 to Rs 200,000.
