Business Analyst

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Experience in Healthcare IT is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, development, and project management to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Conduct process analysis and recommend optimization strategies specifically for healthcare IT workflows.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are fully understood and met.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, review meetings, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Create mockups, workflows, and wireframes to enhance clarity of requirements when necessary.
- Support change management processes and perform impact analysis.
- Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory standards and healthcare industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Healthcare IT domain.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in drafting BRDs, FRDs, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards such as HIPAA, HL7, or other compliance requirements.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (CSPO, PMI-ACP) are considered a plus.
