Business Analyst

Mixt Academy, an international EdTech company based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Analyst Executive to join their on-site team. The company specializes in providing online tutoring services for students from KG to Grade 12 across the UK and global markets, covering multiple curricula such as Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, IGCSE, GCSE, A Levels, IB, and other international boards. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO to explore new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and support the company’s growth and expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn profile, professional networking, and strategic outreach initiatives.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, business partners, brands, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive business and market research to uncover new opportunities, industry trends, and growth areas.
- Explore innovative EdTech ideas, strategic partnerships, collaborations, and new business initiatives.
- Research and identify relevant summits, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events aligned with company objectives.
- Identify potential speaking engagements, partnership opportunities, sponsorships, and industry networking prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, companies, educational institutions, and industry professionals.
- Support the CEO in business development activities, including meeting coordination, professional communication, and follow-ups.
- Track business opportunities, maintain organized records, and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and partners.
- Generate qualified leads and develop a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities in both local and international markets.
- Present Mixt Academy’s services to prospective clients and work towards converting leads into long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business expansion and partnership initiatives.
- Proactively bring new ideas, leads, collaborations, and actionable growth opportunities to the CEO.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends within the EdTech industry to identify potential areas for innovation and expansion.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business development, executive assistance, strategic research, sales, or professional networking is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong LinkedIn networking, prospecting, and professional outreach capabilities.
- Excellent research, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with business research tools, CRM platforms, and lead-generation techniques.
- Ability to identify opportunities, think strategically, and present practical business ideas.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership, manage professional communications, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
