Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, collaborating closely with international clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that project deliverables meet client expectations and align with overall business objectives. This role demands strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of software development processes, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from international clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews to fully understand business needs.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical and development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop process flows, workflows, wireframes, and other supporting documentation as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Project Coordinators, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage requirement changes with proper documentation and communication.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with international clients, providing regular updates related to requirements.
- Ensure all project deliverables align with client expectations and business goals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within a software house, IT services company, or technology-driven organization.
- Experience working on enterprise-level projects for international clients is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to manage business expectations and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, in-person position with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates will be asked to provide details about their current salary, expected salary, and notice period during the application process.
