Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, working closely with international clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications, and ensuring seamless communication across project teams. This position requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from international clients and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews to capture comprehensive business needs.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical and development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and other supporting documentation as needed to support project goals.
- Collaborate closely with Project Coordinators, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage requirement changes, ensuring proper documentation and communication to all relevant parties.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation activities.
- Ensure that project deliverables consistently meet client expectations and align with business objectives.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with international clients, providing updates related to requirements and project progress.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within a software house, IT services company, or technology-driven organization.
- Demonstrated experience working on enterprise-level projects for international clients.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate with international stakeholders and manage business expectations.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Work Location: In person
