Business Analyst - Remote

Karma Software Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Software Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document software requirements that support the development of innovative products. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in software analysis and a solid understanding of software development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed software requirements to guide product development.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Analyze business workflows and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Break down product requirements into manageable development tasks for the engineering team.
- Review software features to ensure they meet approved requirements and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Actively participate in requirement-gathering meetings and support Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Track task progress using project management tools to ensure timely delivery and project success.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in a software house or IT company.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with SaaS products, web applications, and software workflows.
- Proficient in requirement gathering and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
