Business Analyst - Remote

Karma Software Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Software Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document software requirements that drive the development of innovative products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software workflows and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications, supporting Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed software requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Analyze business workflows and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Break down product requirements into manageable development tasks.
- Review software features to ensure they meet the approved requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation.
- Participate actively in requirement-gathering meetings and support Agile/Scrum processes.
- Track task progress using project management tools such as Jira or ClickUp.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst within a software house or IT company.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with SaaS products, web applications, and software workflows.
- Proven skills in requirement gathering and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with APIs, databases, and AI tools is considered an advantage.
