We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the implementation of fintech products as a Product Manager specializing in Transaction Banking FX (TBFX). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cross Border Payments, Global Transaction Banking, Remittances, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Foreign Exchange (FX). This role requires a deep understanding of transaction banking across financial institutions and corporate clients, along with foundational knowledge of markets and FX flow business. The successful candidate will drive strategic development, collaborate with external partners, and deliver innovative solutions to enhance product offerings and client experiences within the TBFX space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of fintech products within the TBFX domain, serving as the Product Manager. Develop and document comprehensive business strategies for the Transaction Banking FX product proposition. Collaborate closely with external partners to enhance product offerings and improve client experience. Clearly define business requirements and communicate them effectively to all relevant stakeholders. Work in partnership with other TB product managers, financial market product managers, and sales teams to co-create and develop unique TBFX-related solutions. Utilize strong presentation skills and demonstrate proficiency in business tools such as Excel, workflow platforms, and PowerPoint to support product development and reporting. Exhibit expertise in FX and payment pricing, including understanding pricing impacts for both bulk and real-time payments. Maintain an excellent grasp of managing FX risk and settlement risk. Possess in-depth knowledge of payment rails and payment settlement mechanisms to ensure smooth product delivery.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is essential. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Solid knowledge of global payment systems and processes is required, along with a strong understanding of FX markets, pricing, and liquidity. Proven experience in Cross Border Payments, FX, and TBFX product management is critical. The ability to work effectively in a remote work environment is necessary, as this role offers flexibility in location.
