Business Analyst - Senior Executive

Accrescent Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Business Analyst – Senior Executive to join their Head Office located at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and hold a degree in B.E./B.Sc. Engineering, BBA, MBA, or an equivalent qualification. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role plays a critical part in supporting business growth through comprehensive market research, business analysis, and the preparation of insightful commercial and management reports. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business performance, sales trends, market opportunities, and customer requirements to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify potential new business avenues.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, business presentations, and detailed management analyses.
- Examine sales, project, tender, quotation, and customer data to detect trends and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Support management in business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Projects, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to gather and analyze relevant business data.
- Develop business cases, feasibility analyses, proposals, and presentations as needed to support various initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly provide performance reports to senior management.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Maintain organized and accurate business and market intelligence databases to support ongoing analysis.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Sc.), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related function.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and solid skills in PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex business and financial data effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in engineering, industrial automation, electrical projects, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), or technical services will be highly regarded.
