Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT systems and business applications
This role focuses on supporting and maintaining IT systems and business applications to ensure smooth sales operations, accurate data management, and optimal system performance across the South region. The position involves managing user access, handling support tickets, overseeing IT assets, resolving application issues, and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver timely solutions and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations Support: Ensure the smooth operation of sales applications by promptly addressing system and data issues encountered by field teams and distributors.
- User Access Management: Administer user accounts, including managing access rights, onboarding new users, and handling offboarding processes.
- IT Support: Manage and resolve IT support tickets within established service level agreements (SLAs), escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Application Support: Liaise with IT teams and external suppliers to address application-related issues, implement system changes, update SKUs, and facilitate enhancements.
- System Performance: Perform regular health checks on applications to maintain effective system usage, accurate reporting, and data integrity.
- IT Assets & Training: Maintain comprehensive records of IT assets, conduct periodic audits, and provide training to users on applications and IT equipment.
- Project Coordination: Assist with IT projects and maintain clear communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience working with IT systems, business applications, databases, or cloud services.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and other data analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python programming languages.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and IT best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and conduct user training sessions.
