Business Associate

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage both external business relationships and internal creative studio operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client servicing, leading new client proposals and meetings, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the creative team. This role demands strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively manage people, inspire creative thinking, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and handle day-to-day communication.
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.
- Oversee internal creative studio operations and workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely and quality output.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic direction.
- Maintain an overview of performance marketing campaigns and posting activities.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in client servicing and team management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A creative mindset combined with a results-driven attitude.
- Minimum of 1 year of industry-specific experience.
- Proficiency in project management.

Salary Bracket
- PKR 75,000 to PKR 95,000, based on skillset and experience.
