We are looking for a motivated Business Developer with at least two years of experience in online bidding and client communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn to generate leads and close deals. This role demands a target-driven professional who can engage clients effectively, write customized proposals, and work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on projects through Upwork and Fiverr to secure new business opportunities.
- Generate and nurture leads using LinkedIn to grow the client base.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and project requirements.
- Develop clear and tailored proposals that meet client expectations.
- Follow up persistently to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, specifically in online bidding and client engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
- Proven experience using Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn as tools for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs80,000, plus commission opportunities.
- Additional benefits include travel allowance and entitlements for annual, sick, and casual leave.
- Full-time position offering flexible working arrangements, including onsite or hybrid models.
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday.
- Job location is ML Bench, 424, J3 Johar Town, Lahore. Candidates must reside in Lahore and be available for onsite interviews.
