Business developer/ relationship manager

Arcova, a leading firm specializing in architecture and interior design, is looking for a dynamic Business Development / Relationship Manager to join their Lahore office. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and securing projects within the architecture and interior design sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to follow-ups, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed projects. This position requires full-time, on-site presence in Lahore, with no remote or hybrid work options.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, real estate consultants, and corporate clients.
- Arrange and conduct meetings to understand client needs and effectively present Arcova’s services.
- Collaborate with the design team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate within approved terms, and successfully secure new projects.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate communication and project handovers between clients and internal teams.
- Report regularly on progress against established business development targets.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of architecture, interior design, and project-based service delivery.
- Good organizational skills and familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM software.
- Availability to attend client meetings and project site visits as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience within architecture firms, interior design studios, construction companies, or real estate organizations is highly preferred.
- An established network within the relevant industries will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs85,000 to Rs150,000.
- Strictly on-site work arrangement based in Lahore.
