Business Developer / Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer / Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. This fully remote role offers flexible working hours and focuses on generating new business opportunities primarily within the Social Media Marketing (SMM) niche. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant Upwork projects, managing client communications, and building strong relationships to support business growth. The position offers a performance-based salary during the probation period, transitioning to a fixed salary with benefits upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and nurture business opportunities within the Social Media Marketing sector.
- Manage client communication and conduct timely follow-ups to maintain engagement.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Continuously improve bidding strategies and outreach performance to maximize success.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development or Upwork bidding.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation processes.
- Proven expertise in the Social Media Marketing niche.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively convert leads into clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
