Business Developer (Upwork)

We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to join our team onsite at Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. This role focuses on managing and growing our Upwork Agency account by generating leads, winning projects, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The position requires working hours from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and is an urgent hiring opportunity for candidates based in the Rawalpindi-Islamabad region.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company’s Upwork Agency account to maximize project acquisition.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities to secure new projects on the platform.
- Write compelling, customized proposals and maintain clear, professional communication with clients.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and client retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility on Upwork and improve the success rate of bids.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development specifically on Upwork.
- Prior experience managing an Upwork Agency Account is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Upwork’s platform mechanics, policies, and best practices.
- Exceptional skills in proposal writing, negotiation, and English communication.
