This internship offers a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in business development within a dynamic digital marketing agency. Over the course of three months, interns will work closely with the business development team to understand how clients are identified, pitched, and secured. This role is designed as a growth track, where strong performers may be offered a full-time position as a Business Development Associate. The internship is onsite in Rawalpindi, with a monthly stipend provided, and follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients that align with the agency’s target profile.
- Support the team in drafting and refining sales proposals and client pitches.
- Conduct market research to uncover industry trends and new business opportunities.
- Help maintain and update the lead pipeline and outreach tracking systems.
- Learn to communicate value propositions effectively and manage client conversations professionally.
- Provide support during contract negotiations and client onboarding under supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed; degrees in Business, Marketing, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with a genuine interest in sales and business development.
- Comfortable working with targets and demonstrating initiative.
- No prior professional experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This internship provides a stipend of Rs 35,000 per month and is based onsite at the agency’s office in Rawalpindi. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Interns will gain practical knowledge in client acquisition strategies, sales and pitching fundamentals, market research techniques, lead generation, and pipeline management. The experience offers real-world exposure to business growth practices within a digital marketing environment. Upon successful completion and based on performance, there is a strong possibility of conversion to a full-time Business Development Associate role with a revised salary package, presenting a genuine long-term career opportunity rather than just short-term work experience.
