Business Development Associate - BLUSHA

Our client, BLUSHA, a beauty-tech startup focused on digitizing Pakistan’s salon industry, is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join their team in Lahore. This role involves helping salons discover and adopt BLUSHA’s innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and eager to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and various outreach channels.
- Engage with salon owners to qualify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Schedule product demonstrations in coordination with the Field Sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate lead records and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to perform cold calling and maintain a professional approach during outreach.
- Good organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets or tools like Airtable is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
