Business Development Associate - BLUSHA

Our client, BLUSHA, a beauty-tech startup based in Lahore, is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join their team. BLUSHA is focused on digitizing Pakistan’s salon industry by helping salons discover and adopt innovative software solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and technology to contribute to a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and various outreach channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage with salon owners to qualify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Schedule product demonstrations in coordination with the Field Sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate lead records and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Confidence and persistence in cold calling and customer engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets or tools like Airtable is advantageous.
- A proactive and target-driven approach to work.
