Business Development Associate

4Arcs Consulting, a registered LLC and full-service digital marketing agency based in Rawalpindi, specializes in helping small businesses, primarily in the US market, grow through social media, SEO, website design, and paid advertising. As part of our expansion, we are offering a paid internship designed for fresh graduates interested in building a career in business development. This opportunity provides hands-on experience within a dynamic team, where you will learn how a digital marketing agency acquires and manages clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients that align with our target market.
- Assist the team in drafting and refining sales proposals and client pitches.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and new opportunities.
- Help maintain and update the lead pipeline and outreach tracking systems.
- Develop skills to communicate value effectively and engage in professional client conversations.
- Support contract negotiations and client onboarding processes under supervision.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with a genuine interest in sales and business development.
- Comfortable working towards targets and demonstrating initiative.
- No prior professional experience is necessary.
- Ability to work onsite in Rawalpindi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a paid internship offering a stipend of Rs 35,000 per month for three months.
- Successful interns may be offered a full-time Business Development Associate role based on performance.
- Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
