Business Development Associate / Executive (BDA & BDE)

Accountax, a UAE-based firm specializing in accounting, taxation, and business advisory services, is expanding its Business Development team in Lahore. We support businesses with accounting, VAT, corporate tax, and advisory solutions. The roles are based on-site at our Johar Town office, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are currently hiring for two positions: Junior Business Development Associate and Business Development Executive, offering competitive salary packages along with attractive commission structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to analyze industries, competitors, and customer needs within the UAE and the broader GCC region.
- Deliver impactful presentations to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with international clients, explaining accounting, VAT, and corporate tax services in a business-focused manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate internally and document client interactions effectively using strong English communication skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Between 6 months to 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Proven ability to generate leads and manage sales pipelines.
- Experience or understanding of accounting, taxation, finance, advisory, or professional services sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills with confidence in dealing with international clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with a UAE-based accounting firm or familiarity with the UAE accounting and finance market is highly advantageous.
- No prior UAE accounting or e-invoicing experience is required, as a structured 14-day training program will be provided covering our services, sales process, and client requirements.
