Business Development Associate

Savvy Programmers, a dynamic web design and development agency established in 2020, is seeking an Associate Upwork Bidder to join our expanding business development team. Located onsite at our Valencia, Lahore office, this full-time role operates from 5 PM to 2 AM. The successful candidate will have between six months to one year of experience and possess a foundational understanding of online bidding and client communication within the IT services sector. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a company specializing in Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, WooCommerce, Squarespace, and Kajabi platforms, delivering innovative and high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Craft customized, winning proposals that align with client requirements and the agency’s expertise.
- Communicate effectively with clients via messages and calls to fully understand project needs.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to estimate project timelines and prepare competitive bids.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Track and report on bidding performance, conversion ratios, and market trends to inform strategy.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust.
- Work alongside management to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of the role of an Upwork Bidder or Associate Business Developer within an IT or software company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
