Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by generating leads and acquiring international clients primarily through Upwork, with LinkedIn as a secondary channel. This position is based onsite in Lahore and requires 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable projects, preparing customized proposals, managing Upwork bidding processes, and conducting LinkedIn prospecting and client outreach. They will also maintain a robust sales pipeline and collaborate closely with technical teams to fully understand client requirements and develop effective proposals.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire international clients using Upwork as the primary platform and LinkedIn as a secondary channel.
- Identify relevant projects and prepare tailored proposals to increase the chances of winning bids on Upwork.
- Manage the entire Upwork bidding process efficiently to maximize success rates.
- Conduct LinkedIn prospecting, client outreach, and follow-ups to nurture potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to convert leads into tangible business deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and prepare accurate, compelling proposals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or lead generation, preferably within the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships.
